Sharon David's Affiliate Program Operating Agreement

Welcome to the Sharon David's Jewelry Affiliate Program! We are thrilled to have you on board as a valued partner in promoting our exquisite jewelry collections. Please carefully review the following terms and policies governing your participation in our affiliate program:

Application and Acceptance:

a. To apply for the Sharon David's Jewelry Affiliate Program, you must complete the online application form available on our website.
b. We reserve the right to accept or reject any application at our discretion. We may reject applications if we determine that the applicant's website or promotional methods are not aligned with our brand values or if they engage in inappropriate or unlawful practices.

2. Affiliate Links and Tracking:

a. Upon acceptance into the program, you will be provided with unique affiliate links and banners to promote Sharon David's Jewelry.
b. It is your responsibility to ensure that your affiliate links are properly formatted and tracked. We are not liable for any lost commissions due to improperly formatted links or technical issues beyond our control.

3. Commission Structure:

a. Affiliates will earn a commission on qualifying purchases made through their affiliate links.
b. Commission rates and structures are subject to change at our discretion. Any changes will be communicated to affiliates in advance.

4. Payouts:

a. Commissions are paid out on a monthly basis, provided that the minimum payout threshold has been reached ($50 USD).
b. Payments are made via PayPal or bank transfer, based on the payment method selected during the application process.
c. Affiliates are responsible for ensuring that their payment details are accurate and up-to-date.

5. Prohibited Activities:

a. Affiliates must not engage in any deceptive, fraudulent, or unethical practices to promote Sharon David's Jewelry.
b. Affiliates are prohibited from using their affiliate links for their own purchases or engaging in self-referral activities.
c. Affiliates must not bid on trademarked terms related to Sharon David's Jewelry or use our brand name in a way that could confuse or mislead consumers.

6. Brand Guidelines:

a. Affiliates must adhere to our brand guidelines when promoting Sharon David's Jewelry. This includes using approved images and logos provided by us.
b. Any promotional materials created by affiliates must be accurate, professional, and in line with our brand image.

7. Termination:

a. Either party may terminate this agreement at any time, with or without cause, by giving written notice to the other party.
b. We reserve the right to terminate an affiliate's participation in the program if they violate any of the terms outlined in this agreement.

8. Modification of Terms:

a. We reserve the right to modify these terms and policies at any time. Affiliates will be notified of any changes via email or through our affiliate dashboard.
b. Continued participation in the affiliate program after the effective date of any modifications constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

9. Confidentiality:

a. Affiliates may have access to confidential information about Sharon David's Jewelry as part of their participation in the program. b. Affiliates agree to keep such information confidential and not disclose it to third parties without our consent.
